The Highlands Ability Battery is an objective, research-backed assessment designed to help you understand and apply your unique gifts to your career … and life.
The Highlands Ability Battery (HAB) is widely considered the gold standard of human assessment tools and was founded on the work of research scientist Johnson O’Connor. It identifies a person’s natural ability and provides compelling evidence of the driving forces that lie underneath their personality and actions. These natural tendencies already influence your choices, but the more you know about them the more you can use them to your advantage.

About me
My husband and I have lived in Northwest Arkansas for more than 20 years and love this community. We have five wonderful children, ranging from junior high to young adults. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and see counseling clients at the Fellowship Counseling and Care Center.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Family Development from Oklahoma Baptist University, a Master’s in Sociology from Auburn University, and a Master’s in Clinical and Mental Health Counseling from John Brown University. I am trained in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT) and in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I am also a trained consultant for the Highlands Ability Battery and for Prepare and Enrich.
My mission as a Licensed Professional Counselor and career coach is to provide compassionate counseling and coaching that helps individuals and families overcome life’s challenges. Whether you are facing career confusion, grief, anxiety, depression, life transitions, marital difficulties, past trauma, ministry-related struggles, or seeking premarital counseling, I am honored to walk alongside you as you courageously become all you are meant to be.
